Doing What is Right

"Doing what is right, fair and honorable is more important  than winning or losing."

By: Chick Moorman

Doing what is right, fair, and honorable is more important than winning or losing because you will be a better person by doing the right thing. By doing the right hing you are choosing to become a better person. You are proving to yourself and to others that you are capable of being an honorable person and that you can be trustworthy. Doing what is right will make you feel great knowing that you did that test all on your own and you did not need anyones help will make you feel great. Knowing that you helped out your fellow team members or your opponents will make you feel good even if you loose the game. It is not always about winning or loosing or about passing or failing what you do in between is what counts the most. If you cheat your way through everything what are you really gaining? You are not only cheating other syou are cheating yourself from experiences that could really impact your life. You could cheat your way through every test, game, competition. etc. but you will not be proud of yourself. Maybe inn the moment you might feel on top of the world, like you are the greatest person in the world bt years from that moment you will wish you could have actually earned that prize, medal, grade. You will be wishing that you had actually earned it.
